We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami sets no cookies, stores no personal data, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites. Because it uses no cookies and no personal data, it does not require consent. It records aggregate information such as pages visited and referring sites.

We run a small number of paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft (Bing) and LinkedIn. These cookies measure whether those campaigns lead to genuinely useful visits, such as a completed assessment, so we only pay for advertising that works. They run only if you consent.

Durations are the providers’ stated maximums and may be shorter in practice. Where you have consented, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn act as independent controllers of the data their cookies collect. Their own privacy notices apply: Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
