Last updated: 28 December 2025

Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Quantum Leap Security Limited (“QL Security”) pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.

Introduction

QL Security strives to act ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships. QL Security is committed to improving practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our Approach

We always work to the highest ethical standards and comply with all laws, regulations and rules relevant to our business. Our reputation is paramount and we take our Corporate and Social Responsibilities very seriously.

We realise that our relationships with those we deal with, whether clients, employees or suppliers, are key to our success. We take our obligations and commitments to our partners very seriously.

We expect the same high standards from those we work with and we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Our Business and Supply Chains

QL Security is an AI Security partner specialising in security gap analysis and compliance-aligned cybersecurity services. Our business model is based on professional consulting services delivered by qualified security professionals.

Our supply chain is relatively limited, consisting primarily of:

  • Professional services and subcontractors who may assist in delivering consulting engagements
  • Technology platform providers for communications and business operations
  • Office services and supplies
  • Professional indemnity insurance and business services

We recognise that whilst our direct supply chain is limited, we have a responsibility to understand and address the risks of modern slavery in those relationships.

Supplier Adherence

As part of our supply chain assessment process, we conduct due diligence on our suppliers and professional partners. We require suppliers to confirm that no slavery is used in their business and supply chain, and that all necessary processes and policies are in place to prevent this.

We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any supplier found to be in violation of modern slavery legislation or who fails to take appropriate measures to prevent modern slavery in their operations.

Assessment and Due Diligence

We assess the risks of modern slavery in our business and supply chains through:

  • Due diligence checks on new suppliers and professional partners
  • Review of supplier policies and practices relating to modern slavery
  • Consideration of geographical and sector-specific risks
  • Regular review of our own employment practices and those of our suppliers

Given the nature of our business as a professional consultancy operating primarily within the United Kingdom, we assess the direct risk of modern slavery in our operations as low. However, we remain vigilant and committed to maintaining high standards.

Training and Awareness

QL Security staff receive training on our policies and procedures, which includes awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking issues. As we grow, we are committed to ensuring that all team members understand their role in identifying and preventing modern slavery.

Further Steps

QL Security is committed to reviewing and updating this statement and our associated practices as and when required. As our business develops, we will continue to:

  • Strengthen our supplier due diligence processes
  • Enhance training and awareness programmes
  • Review and improve our policies and procedures
  • Monitor developments in modern slavery legislation and best practice

We acknowledge that combating modern slavery is an ongoing commitment that requires continued vigilance and improvement.
